I ordered 2 products a printer and a chair from wishplex on sunday 18th April 2021. In chat I was told they need minimum Rs1499 so I had to order a chair along with a printer and that they will provide the ink bottles also. The minimum amount to order is not mentioned anywhere but still they insisted that they had informed me. After 2 days when I asked about the status, I was told now they need Rs 2499 invoice billing to dispatch my order and everytime they say my orders are awaiting fulfilment. Nobody responds to the emails and chat now. I asked them to cancel the orders which they do not entertain now. Wishplex misleads and lies all the time. I do not know how they are even taking the orders without informing the customers or holding on to their payments and products. My order numbers are 1671 and 1673. I want my money refund back of Rs 1798.
