I ordered ASUS ROG 5 ( 256 GB) variant on 2 October 2021. It was supposed to be shipped on 12th and be delivered on 15th October. But it’s still not shipped nor are they providing any dates for Delivery.

My money is on the line here. I have never had such a bad experience with any other online shopping site. This is pathetic. Worst customer service and satisfaction rating. Just increasing the days for resolving queries.

It’s been 17 days now. I haven’t received any update. Do u seriously want a month to deliver a product? Contact the seller, the courier service provider to resolve this as soon as possible. I need assurance for my money invested.

I need my order. I would never order again from Flipkart after such a bad experience. Now you want me to write 200 word complaint seriously this is pathetic. Just resolve everybody’s query rather than making excuses.

I want my order that’s all. It’s my hard earned money so respect that and work on this.
