I bought two cookware items from wonderchef.in in COD mode, and only one product was delivered and full amount was charged. I called up customer care several times everyday to get the other item delivered, but they only say they have processed my claim, but refuse to give any detail about the courier, shipment details or when it will come. I have all the telephone and email conversations recorded with me. For 10 days I am being pushed away by them, telling me to “wait” and “they are responding within an hour”.

I would like to address this issue through formal legal channel, not just because of the missing product but also for the harassment from wonderchef.in
