On October 17, I received my Dell TRHFF laptop battery from Worldmart.
Battery had been in use for a year and 10 months.
My laptop’s battery was dead when I put it in to charge, and it was showing 0%.
There was still no change in percentage even after two hours of charging.
When I called WorldMart, they instructed me to send a battery and, after they had it, urged me to wait.
But I still haven’t received my replacement as of today.
I spent Rs 2800 on a battery.
They are carrying money and a battery, and they have stopped responding.
