I had order for a smartwatch KW9X vdie order no. 201716089 from wrist buddy for Rs. 3,264, however when i received the product it was a fake chinese watch worth Rs. 500.

I tried contacting the helpline 8860439978 for requesting a return and refund however there was no reply.

I also sent them repetitive emails for the request fro returning the watch and refunding the money after deducting the courier charges as per their return policy but there was no reply.

I request you to kindly take action against them as they are a fraudulent website.
