Wristmate watch was delivered to me on 3rd Feb 2023 on cod payment for Rs.2499.
I charged the watch but on switching on the watch was found not working. Even after downloading the app mentioned by them watch was not working.
I sent a request for return as non of advertised features was working. One Aditya replied that your request has been updated . After that I wrote 5-6 emails regarding this non working watch but got no satisfactory answer except that they do not have a return policy.
Conclusion: 1. Its web site wristmate.in is a total fake site selling fake watch
2. No return or money back allowed.
3. One Aditya is replying the emails but I assume it isalso a fake name just like fake product. Can we launch a police complaint against this person .
4. Never buy this watch, I do not know how to get back my money.Beware of such fraud firms
innocent people.
It is better to buy a working watch from a show room.
