I booked a P.G. (address: H.No. 1456, sector 15 part 2, near Salwan Public School, Gurgaon, Haryana) on 4th November, 2016 and paid INR 2,600 through debit card to Wudstay (Ph. No. 9871277908) as booking amount. But i met an accident the same evening and could not move in on designated day(i.e. Saturday). The same was informed to the company on 6th November, 2016 (i.e. Sunday) As per the policy, shown on companies website, they have a 100% return policy for cancellation. But on repeated calls i have been informed that the booking amount can not be refunded.
