I paid 21000 rupees for two mobiles via credit card they sent me bill but still did not get my order

I have also booked coolpad note 5 on Dec.11,2016 order No.16229 ,and pad Rs.10399/-through NetBenking HDFC Bank,I tried to Contact on Toll Free No.But Not Responding from Subbuy.com
