i didnt received my order i already pay for the order by debit card and on their website it shows order status is still pending my order number is 3486162 i ordered rayban rb3343 sunglasses the amount of inr 2260 is deducted from my account

    i have booked ray ban RB2140 wayfarere sun glassess from sun collections on 03.02.2016, till now(22.02.2016) i have not received any confirmation on shipping of the prodcuts and also no tracking details. how to complain on the compeny to get re-fund

    Same thing happend with me, I have orded RB3025 on 24 Jan 2016 , order no. 3486359 also made the payment of Rs 2260 but there is no tracking option or any conctact information in website. “www.suncollections.co” is fraud company ,plz be aware of this !!!
