I’d ordered a product from urbanic..(order date was…10 dec…order no.-211210135839094001…it was received by 17 dec 2021) which did not fitted well and was so terrible to be expected and it came with a very unpleasant odour so I chose to return it the same day as there is no exchange policy…I think they are at peak in scamming because it was mentioned there that a pickup would be arriving but it automatically got canceled due to some reason I waited for some days …and then I repeated the same process because it was written that you can try again to return it and again it got canceled by itself and later there was mentioned that now you cannot return the product because you exceeded the return period..now what to do with that product received by such a fraudulent app…seriously their services are very disappointing…I want my money back and want to return that product…really it’s an extremely tricky app at making innocent people fool and those who are not aware of fraudulency of such a terrible online shopping app they will be in a great loss ….so I request to take severe actions against unscrupulous Urbanic app…and please make sure that my return request is also processed without any further delay…
