I have order a watch from website xank.in it was vapor kw77 smart watch with dial camera and I made online payment with paytm and when I received the watch it was completely different from what I ordered neither the belt was same nor the dial and it too have scratches on it I tried to contact them at first they didn’t respond but after many trials I talked to their customer care and the lady said please send us email regarding your problem ,I did the same but they didn’t respond I talked to the same lady thrice but every time she was like ma’am i will place your replacement request I said I want my money back because you will send me the same watch like this only but I didn’t like it at all then she said this is our policy first time we replace the product afterwards at the second time we refund you then I said okay place replacement request and now it’s been 3 weeks nothing has happened till now I sent so many emails but they didn’t reply
