I am an old customer of Xiaomi and has been using Xiaomi phones like Redmi 2S, Redmi Note 3, 4, 5, 7 pro and Poco F1 prior to the new K20 Pro. The Redmi K20 pro order no. 5190717377562676 sent by Mi is a faulty one. The fingerprint sensor which doesn’t seem to be as great as One Plus had stopped working and even the front camera while face unlocking makes some sound. I had not expected this kind of product from Xiaomi after spending Rs. 30,000 and logging in the alpha sale. I wanted to go for red color but it was unavailable in the alpha sale, so I bought black color, but the phone’s performance is disappointing.
So I requested Mi to kindly refund my money for the K20 pro and if the refund is not possible, please send me the non-faulty new piece(If possible, in red color) in a day or two. But they have still not picked my phone for replacement after promising me to replace the product last week. I have been following up with Xiaomi by phone, email and Chats but they are giving me standard response WAIT and torchuring me mentally. They do not want to replace the phone, it seems.
Looking forward to the resolution ASAP.
