I ordered a xiaomi redmi3s phone of 6999 and paid through my debit card, while they made it cash on delivery .After that the courier didn’t contact me about the product. So requested mi india customer service to return my money. But till now they have not refunded me. I ordered the phone on 31st of august and with order id 5160831759501436
