Dear Sir,

I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi 3 S online and it reached me on 12th Dec 2016. When I checked it it is having very poor camera quality. They mentioned 13MP back and 5 MP front but the camera is not even of 1 MP resolution. After checking 1 day, I immediately call customer care and also email them on 14th dec 2016. i asked them for retuen and refund my amount since the product is very poor quality and they received me amount of Rs 9000/-. but they are suggesting me to do this and that, the options they told me, I have also done all that but the camera performance is same and also the mobile is heating.

They are now not responding my email also, I have again mailed them to return and refund amount but they are not replying. Please help me sir. I need your support sir. I can show you email screenshots or pics if you need or please assist me for any further requirement.
