dear sir/madam,
I ordered a phone from online site “MI.COM” .the model of the phone is “redmi 3S gold 16gb”. I ordered it on 21 september 2016. after the 3 days phone delivered at my home on 24 september 2016 and paid rupees 6999/- as cash on delivery. I opened the pack and switch on the phone. it took 5 minutes to on. and then I pressed the camera icon and found that as I open the camera mobile gets switch off. then I switch on it again and opened the camera and again the phone had been switch off .Immediately I contacted at REDMI service centre, from where I ordered my phone, and told them the whole matter and about the problem.I said them to replace this phone. then
they agreed . on 27 september they confirmed my replacement. from that day I am calling them daily for the replacement
of phone but no one from their side has not come to pick up my phone for the replacement, 15 days has been passed but no response from their side that when the person will come to receive the defective phone and when I will get my replacement.
sir they are not taking any action about this. and I am totally frustrated after calling them again and again. they are saying only that ” please kindly wait”. sir please help me
