Sir I have purchased Redmi 3s prime phone from MI online store and received Redmi 3s prime phone from courier on 28-11-2016 at 6.00 pm when I open the hand set I found that front camera is not working. I immediately register complaint to MI CC complaint register email unit through my mail address [email protected] at 8 pm same day. On the very next day I talked to CCE regarding my defaulted device who suggested me some measures and cross checks i have done all but set remains defaulted then CCE said that my device will be replaced and I will receive a message in this regard very soon. after some time I received a message from BluDrt courier that my request for replacement is deffered by Xiaomi and I contact with CCE of Xiaomi who told me that BluDrt company will pickup the defaulted device from me shortly for replacement.
Company claim for 10 days free replacement for defaulted device.
I have registered complaint of defaulted device within 2 hours from its receipt but till time my device has not been picked up for replacement and lot of conversations has been done by the company for the same .
I request you to forward my complaint for speedy redressal to Xiaomi India ltd so that I may not suffer
