Dear Sir
I ordered a Redmi Note 4 ( 4GB/ 64 GB) on 8th February. During transaction first transaction was failed but money was deducted from my A/c so I again transferred money and total money was deducted 12999rs + 12999. for a phone of 12999.
The same day I talked to Xiomi helpline but I was told that it did not receive any extra money. Then I filed a complaint in my Bank and after 21 days it replied that money was paid to merchant. Then I again send a mail to this company but it did not refund my money after 25 days.
Another problem is that the phone which I got had some hardware problem and according to the company guidelines it will not return the phone but it can replace only within 10 day. So when I replace the first phone and the phone which I got still had the same problem regarding micophone and proximity sensor to replce the phone I had to talk 8 to 10 times to the customer care. and now I came to know that most of the Xiomi note series has the same problem. So sir kindly resolve my problem.
