I booked 2 rk’s b1406 & b1407 under my wife’s name (Meenal mude) in the upcoming balewadi site in april in the pre-launch. We asked to pay 10% and we paid 10% (280000) of the total cost (2800000) as down payment. The sales person was shrinivas (Ph no. [protected]). I had 90% sanctions from hdfc bank. The flat was cancelled as the sales person azmat (Ph no. [protected]) was asking for 10% more as a down payment. I filled the cancellation form in july. I have all the receipts, call records and the copy of the cancellation form.

It’s been 3 months that i cancelled the flats and the money is supposed to be returned in full but money is not yet returned and shrinivas is just trying to make excuses and not receiving my calls.

As per the sales person, the authorized signatory sits at the sanpada office.

Not able to call xrbia customer care number 022-61320087 as the ivr says that the call is rejected.

I need to receive the amount in full as discussed with azmat memon i. E 280000.
