“Purchased Macbook Air 13” on 6th July 2014 with DTDC tracking number “K71402XXX”, No update from seller. There are other 9 people whose product is not arrived. But the way Amazon is responding is SAD. They failed to assure me if product is going to be delivered or they will refund my money. All they know how to talk business language with multiple IFs and BUTs 🙁 Never trust Amazon or ties seller”

“No response from YeDeal. I am yet to receive ordered Apple iPad Mini on 6th Jul 2014. As per them the item supposed to deliver latest by 12th Jul 2014 and there is no response from YeDeal, They have given DTDC tracking no which is not showing any dispatch of item in DTDC website.”

DTDC website says there in no such package with my reference ID. I suspect that the seller is lying about my product being dispatched and Amazon is unconcerned. “Seller never shipped the item and suddenly cancelled the order. When contacted the Amazon customer support, the reason for cancellation was “product has some known defects”. Never knew Seagate Expansion external Hard drives have “known problem”. Even if it has problems then why post it on site and then cancel the order after 1 week. “Pathetic!! customer service by Amazon. I ordered & made payment for Lava Iris X1 (black) on 08/07/2014. To my dismay, the order was cancelled (ran out of stock – which i got to know 14th morning via email – not even a single call). “HOW CAN THEY CONFIRM MY ORDER & GIVE EXCUSES LIKE OUT OF STOCK (that too after 7 days). “I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING AMAZON OVER FLIPKART/ SNAPDEAL “.”

  1. I have ordered 1 “Seagate Expansion 1TB…” on 5th July 2014. They gave the delivery date on 11th to 16th July. Yedeal gave the wrong DTDC courier number. Courier guys telling there is no such tracking number registered . Yedeal are not responding to the mail and called to the customer care 180030000750 no response. Can anyone suggest how to deal with this people. Please tell all your friends to not order through amazon and yedeal. Service is very very bad.
