I would like to bring to your notice online fraud by www.yeeppe.com. I, Alok Singh received multiple/repeated calls in early January 2016 stating that my mobile number 8983423797 is eligible for a special offer, wherein I will get a SONY BRAVIA KDL 42W700B 106.7 cm (42 INCH) worth 66400/- for 16016/- only. The product is listed as of now on their website at the below link:

I was apprehensive initially, however after verifying the website online, and checking the payment gateways, I agreed to make the payment – especially when I was told that the amount of INR 16016/- can be converted in 8 EMI’s. I did not have a credit card, the caller who had called from 8459078720 said he will be able to charge my debit card by guiding me through the website. He then told me an additional amount of INR 15499/- needs to be charged, which will just be a soft block – and will not be charged to the debit card. While making both the payments online, I received the following error:
However, both the amounts got debited – the yeeppe agent on the phone confirmed that the amount is credited and we will receive the product by 15th Jan 2016. He also assured that the sofblock of INR 15499/- will be reversed asap. Till 13th Jan, we had received almost 50 calls insisting us to buy this product – however, the moment the amount was deducted, we did not receive any call at all – and they stopped answering all our calls. After trying for many hours, we were able to get through at times, and the staff would ensure that the TV will reach us in next few days. Below are the transaction details as reflecting in my account statement.

I sent an email to my bank to dispute the above amounts as they had stopped answering phone calls and not even responded to my emails sent to them about reversing the soft block. However, the bank wants an acknowledgement from the merchant that the amount is not received by them – which yeeppe.com is not ready to give. At times, they do answer the call however they just assure that the TV will reach in the next few days. Its been around 2 months, I have been calling them every day, however now they have stopped answering my cals separately. I have written to them on the emails given on their website, but no response – there is no response on the customer service number published on their website as well.
I am suffering a loss of INR 31515/- although the transaction details are clear in my statement, YEEPPE.COM is not at all responding to my calls nor giving any further assurance about giving me my product/refunding the softblock/refunding the amount against the LED TV.
Request your kind assistance in helping me get my money back by exposing YEEPPE.COM, I am sure there must be many other customers fooled by them.
