yepme.com – Amount paid but not received product

I have ordered the shoes on 10th may via Yepme.com and as per them it has to delivered on 13th May but unfortunately it has not delivered. Since then I am continuously following for update even many times sent mail and open case but inspite of that there is not single update form Yepme. Full payment has already been done but there service is very bad. Refer the blow mail from Yepme:

Now when I tracked the order I found the courier partner (Delhivery) has already marked that product has lost/misplaced but there is no update from yepme that they will send me another product or refund my money.Pl. help to get fix the issue
