Hello,

I had placed 2 orders in this website. They have deducted the amount but there is no order number or sign of confirmed order. No one answers their customer care phone line and email bounces back. Please help. It is a scam because no one seems to get back to us and there is no way to reach the customer care or helpline. I feel cheated and not sure how to get my amount back.
