Hi Concern

I have purchased product from http://www.yepme.com/ on 12 Oct 2016 ,Product id-32532758 (Yepme Renzo Sweater – Blue). This product reached to me on 16 Oct and I raised the refund (Complaint id-2843303) by the same day as product was defective. I have couriered it back on 17th Oct from Over nite Courier Service-POD Number- 1402683995 and delivered to its office by next day on below address-Growthways Trading Pvt. Ltd. K-618,Rangpuri Ext. A-Block,Near Tata Telco bus service station,New Delhi–110037

I have paid RS 623 for the product and Rs 300 for courier charges= Total amount for refund Rs 923

Till date I have raised so many requests on emails but they did not refund any amount ,I received computerized messgae all the time states We would like to inform you that we have received your courier tracking details but we regret to inform you that still we have not received your product at our warehouse, once we will receive your product and quality check will be validated then your refund will be processed in next 14-21 days

Now its almost 02 months and Iam calling them daily basis and It costs on my pockets everytime staying on hold for minimum 20 Minutes buty i did not receive any good result.

Kindly raise my complaint and help me to close this issue as no body is listening over there
