I returned partial order from yepme with order no. 33115115. They received the product on 21st Jan 2017 and I have received their confirmation message on 24th Jan about the same. But they are not returning my money and every time I mail them asking for the status either I receive mail stating they have not received the product or stating “sorry for the inconvenience”>. I have submitted all the necessary documents including screenshot of their message confirming they received the product but there is nothing happening. I am sure they won’t return the money but I want strict steps to be taken against them and that publicly it should be announced to stay away from these frauds.
