I orderd shoes on yep and prepaid onlne on 1st nov 2017. When o chek order was register after 2 day order was deleted from my order list. I teied to track with order id it display order has been cancelled ( by no reson) .i tried to contact customer care no but no response from other side. Today even after 25 days neither i got delivery of product nor refund.i tried yo call customer care but only i was put on hold.for atlest 1/2 hr each time and the line get cutoff
