I placed an order with Yepme.com on 23 September 2016. Order ID 32221892 amounting to Rs. 511. I didn’t liked the product so I returned within due time period on my own (courier charges were also borne by me) and Yepme accepted the refund after due verification of quality of product. Now returning the product, I am following for the refund since 2.5 months and I tried all the ways like E-mail , call to customer care but still I didn’t received the refund. I can send you all the E-mail exchanges and I also have call recordings of 3/4 Dec 2016 & 10/11 Dec 2016.
On E-mail they replied with their unique answer- very sorry for the inconvenience and we have escalated this issue and on call – first 3/4 Dec 2016 they told me that it will be credited by Tuesday 6 December 2016 & on call of 10/11 Dec 2016 they told me that it will be credited by Tuesday 13 December 2016. Today is 13 Dec and I didn’t received the refund. On call also everytime their executive told that system is not working so call after half an hour but it was my luck that above mentioned 2 times I could able to talk to them & I have recording of both the calls.
I seek your support in claiming order refund amount of Rs. 511, Courier charges amount Rs. 200 & Mental Harassment charges.
