I had ordered from Yepme.com for two jackets for Rs.785/- on 05.11.2017 which was scheduled for delivery on 10.11.2017 vide order No. 33950028. When item was not delivered on 10.11.2017, I made a request for expediting the delivery.
On 12.11.2017, I tried to made a complaint to “[email protected]” but the mail returned undelivered with message that “their mailbox is full”. Next day I again tried to log in through yepme app, I found that my order has been deleted. Thereafter, I made a call to the customer care number 011-66372424 on 13.11.2017 and 14.11.2017 but no response received.
In view the above, it seems that this is a regular feature of this online shopping site. I lost my money, but this is not only a mare issue of my money rather this is issue of an organized cheating of these types of sites with thousands of innocent buyers who pay money in advance for shopping but cheated.
I feel that there should be a regulator for online shopping sites equipped with a strong customer grievances redressal system.
