Sir I ordered a pair of jeans and T-shirt from the site yepme with order I’d 33947380 and paid an online payment to the site of Rs 940. They took my order and told me that it will be delivered by 2nd October but they they didn’t delivered it. I waited for a week but when. I called them to know the reason behind the late in delivery then they told me that it has been cancelled due to out of stock and told me that money will be credited back in a week. And from then it has been over 3 months now and still I haven’t got my money back. There is no response from the customer email id and when I call them they never pick and even sometimes when they pick after an hour sometimes they say it is in process or it will take a week. And sometimes they keep me on hold and when the call duration reaches 1:30:00 call gets disconnected. Sir I think they are fraud site doing frauds with customer. So do look to my matter and resolve this as early as possible
