I haven’t got my refund back it has been 10 months approximately. What the hell is going on! When I call at customer care, after long time they pick up the phone just after that they say they are checking the details and keeps it on hold and when I say something they just drop the call without answering. Even I called again they picked and i told my name they directly keeps the phone on hold. I have requested for coupons they even didn’t have send that too. What do I do now! I’ll just go to court now.
