My name is Anu, I have placed an order in yepme in 22sept 2017, and paid only the order amount id rs. 3200/- via credit card, but i didnt received my order till 7oct and in between i have sent so many mail on [email protected] but there is no reply now they have cancelled my order auromatically and didnt initiated my refund till datec16 oct 2017, one thing i noticed from yepme is that they are doing this inly in prepaid orders and sending COD orders in 2 days just to check whether thet responding to Cod order or not on 8oct i have placed a order on Cod and after two days delivery man was at my door to deliver thrb2days old order which was cof lld but they didnt sent my prepaid order even after 15 days. Please take action against them so that i can get my money back.
