I purchased a pair of watches on yepme and paid them in advance RS 577 on 17 October 2017.It was expected to be delivered on 24 october . But till today their is no response from them. I called them a 100 time on their chargeable helpline for more than 40 minutes each time and only once they picked up the call and told that it will be dispatched in 48 hrs . Still after 8 days nothing happened. I also registered a complaint in National consumer helpline vide no.: 483607. I emailed them last time but still it was not delivered.
