On 18 of July I ordered one shirt worth of 499 and one kutra worth of 334 and the subtotal is ₹833 for both..which I paid by online by my debit card and the ordered no. Is 33762749. Yepme fails to dispatch the item for some their internal issue..so I decided to cancel my order. On 28 of July I cancelled my ordered by calling yepme customer care..they told me that your payment should be refunded in 14 to 21 days in your account with original payment mode..but I haven’t got my money back..so I decided to call again and their customer care executive told me to wait for another 10days and registered my complaint (complaint no.3025853)on 18th july, but again they not refunded my money..so after 10 days I again call them and registered my complaint(complaint no.3030572) on 30th of July..but I still didn’t get my refund…please help me..and take the action against yepme
