I purchased clothing online through yepme website on 14th March 2017 worth Rs 498 and was expecting my parcel within a week. I placed an order and money got deducted from my account and later after a week I came to know that my order has been rejected due to non availability of stock. I regesterd a complaint in the yepme company through phone and I was assured to get my money back within 10 to 14 days. Sir after 20 days I again made a call to yepme customer care and they assued my refund within next 5 days, however still after over a months time my refund has not been processed by the company. Now I want to regester a complaint against the company so as no other customer can suffer like this again in future. My order no is 33395033
