I purchased product shoes from yepme concern. I got a product(shoes) from them but that shoes size is not suite for me.So i try to exchange the product. I returned the product to yepme (Growthways Trading Pvt. Ltd. K-618,Rangpuri Ext. A-Block,Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi–110037) that they gave the addressed. I have a acknowledgement from courier company which i used for delivering the product to yepme. But still, i never got any information from yepme regard my returned product. So, i don’t know what to do? I contact yepme many more times via telephonic and email . there is no response to me. that’s why i filed the complain here. Kindly request you to take a action according to my complain. I hope you lot.
