32303539 is the order number iI have placed online on yep me website for shoes. They took the payment via credit card from me and mentioned about delivering the product on 23 Sept 2016. The product has not been sent and when enquired with yep me they say they will not deliver and money will be refunded back only after 21 days. This the the Second time they have not delivered my product due to their own mistakes. I request the forum to take strict action against them and penalize them as they have mentally and emotionally harassed me. Request the yep me e shopping be closed permanently as they are not fulfilling the policies they have set. Thank you.
