Dear Sir/mam

I have booked 3 t shirts from yepme costing rs 500 its been 3 months, i did not received any product when i called on customer care of yepme i have got an answer that there is issue with product quality so that they rejected by request i have asked them for refund they said sir the amount will get debited to your account with in 7 working days but its more than 3 months i have still not received any refund then i have called them again and then i have got the same answer 7 working days.
till date i am struggling to call them no one is answering my call request you to please help to getting this issue resolved
