Dear Sir.
Order was placed on 29/12/2016 through online payment of rs 1286.00,company didn’t deliver the product. When I enquired and registered a complaint on 06/01/2017 in this regard. they informed me that delivery of product wasn’t successful due to courier service provider and they ensured to refund the amount of rs 1286/= within 15 to 21 working days.It has been more than a month and refund is still awaited.Sir,then whenever I requested for refund they said they can process coupon instantly within 5 days,then also they didn’t send the coupon,then again i called them and enquired about my coupon..they said no request was forwarded..and they are again saying me to wait for 5 days…and its already been 4 days from the last call but still no coupon.
