BIS JAAVAS Deliverer
As yep me adverticed buy one and get one free for shoes I ordered and paid on line Rs 449/But on delivery one pair of shoes only was sent.The deliverer also told the problem on shoe purchase is always exist so .therefore I cancelled without accepting the delivery.i posted in customer care four times they replied that customer care team will contact soon and gave every time a complaint no only.Now two weeks over there was no refund neither any response from Yep Me.Verified the deliverer office that the supply is returned to yep me.Please help how to get the refund .
