YOTTACTO CONSULTING and Blue Dart
I ordered for pair of gloves with Cash on Delivery payment. No booking acknowledgement received on email or phone.
I was directly sent a package containing old scrap piece of cloth. Package received via BLUEDART AWB # 77876878402.
I requested Blue Dart to stop payment as it is a scam, but Blue Dart refused to put payment on hold. Blue dart even hung up on me and asked me to chase up with sender. After repeated request they shared the company name as Yottacto consulting and mobile number as +91 78272 67246
This number is switched off.
Please help me get my money rs.999/- back or atleast prevent this company of duping other people. Also ensure blue dart changes policy on handling of scam reported to it. I think Blue dart is involved in this scam probably.
