I ordered cargo pants from yottacto and i received poor quality products and wrong used item now there is no refund or exchange policy provided neither a phone number is provided i want my refund of rs 900 back please get it done as soon as possible the products received are used and in very low quality and is completely wrong

Hi, I’m from Delhi. I ordered Khakee Cargo Pants from YOTTACTO, some Instagram account. This is such a fraudster. I’m unable to return or exchange the product. I have recieved wrong order. Something of poor quality. Ordered pants but got red coloured shirt. I want a serious action against this. I have seen several comments and I can relate to them. This has just happened today with me. This is the first time that I got such an experience. Please let me know if there’s a real solution to it. I can’t find their account now.
