Despite several telephonic , App, and email complaints. You broadband do not respond or escalate or resolve the internet connectivity issue. Every three months I am paying a good amount to them and out of 95 days, the internet works hardly for 10-15 days. Rest all days they show it as outage problem. I am tired of complaining to them to resolve.
Pls help.
