yu – Not giving replacement device

Hey I own a Yunique device and some days before I broke its screen glass and I gave to service centre and they sent it to company on 15 Feb and the company said it takes 15 days from the fate of job sheet generation but its more than a month they are not still dispatching it and whenever I call to their customer care they are simply extending the fates and are telling to wait. One executive said that within a week they ll dispatch but till now they haven’t and I have our conversation recording also as an evidence. please help me to get back my device soon. Their customer service is pathetic.
