I’m writing to officially complain about a transactional problem that I had with my Zaggle Kuber gift card. I used the PhonePe platform to transfer money from a bank account to a rent payment on [18/05/2024]. My Zaggle Kuber Gift Card was used to cover the cost of the successful transaction. But as of right now, the transaction is still in the pending stage, and the recipient’s bank has not received the money.

I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with Zaggle via phone calls and emails, but I have not heard back regarding this problem. I’m in a tight spot because of Zaggle’s lack of help and communication, so I’m asking for help to get this resolved as soon as possible. I implore the consumer legal department to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to guarantee that I get the money that is owed to me as soon as possible. I appreciate you taking the time to consider this.
