Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Wrong and Damaged Product Received – Order ID 13996227

I am writing this to raise a serious complaint regarding a highly disappointing and misleading experience I had with your online platform, Zaiberi. I placed an order for a combo pack of three men’s formal shirts through the website. The order ID is 13996227, and the order was placed with the expectation that I would receive the products shown and described at the time of purchase.

However, upon receiving the package, I was utterly shocked to find that instead of the shirts I had ordered, the parcel contained a ripped and low-quality saree. Not only was this not the product I ordered, but the saree I received was also damaged and clearly used or defective. There was absolutely no mention or indication on the website that the product could be substituted or replaced with anything else, let alone an item that is not even close in category, size, or purpose.

This kind of transaction feels like a clear case of fraud and deceptive business practices. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the items I ordered and paid for. I trusted your platform to deliver the correct items, and now I feel scammed. I have tried looking for customer service contact information on your website but found no responsive or helpful support options, which only adds to my frustration.

I am formally requesting the following actions be taken immediately:

1. A full refund of the amount paid.

2. An explanation for this error and proof of corrective steps being taken.

3. The option to return the incorrect and damaged item sent to me.

4. Immediate resolution of this issue to prevent further escalation.

If this matter is not resolved within 7 working days, I will have no choice but to report this incident to the relevant consumer protection authorities, post on social media, and initiate a payment dispute through my payment provider.

I hope you take this complaint seriously and respond at the earliest.

  1. I had ordered three shirts in each parcel (two parcels) in Zaiberi store through Facebook. But I received old used saree and one dupatta. I paid the cash ₹989 for each parcel through GPay to Ecart. When I contacted the store, they told to send me the photos of parcel and I sent it…. They accepted it’s their mistake and they told to register a complaint for refund and sent me a link and told to click that link. I told them I cannot click unknown links and told to register the complaint through website but they didn’t accept and told they will not refund me the amount and cut the call. How to register complaint against them. How to get the refund?
