Zingbus – I am complaining about my previous trip

I want to complain about my l previous trip from delhi to amritsar.
I have reached my given location at 8pm and was waiting for bus. Maybe bus marshal have called me only once but o couldn’t pick up my phone. When I called back the given number was not connected. They asked to ping on whatsap. When I asked on whatsApp he to call me then the bus marshal has called I asked and he said bus has been left at 8:45. And timing was 9pm. But still I was waiting since 8pm. I haven’t seen a bus and asked to call after 9pm he called I have to wait wherever he is I’ll reach from auto but refused and cut the call. I was getting frustrated and call was still not connecting. In emergency I have taken another bus but I just want to complain about my previous trip. It was very disappointed.
