I have ordered Flawless Trimmer online on 10 May 2019 by cash on delivery (order no 7353, invoice#ZIPD43713) Today I received the product through Blue Dart couriers by paying Rs.799. when I checked the product , it was a defective one, means it’s not working. The product was sent by Zipped solutions Pvt ltd , A-50 Khasra no 614-615 A Block Rangpuri Extension, New Delhi -110037. What should I do get back the money I paid or to get a default product? I used to receive messages from Scrollstreet as HP- SCROLL.The website to track the product is https://scrollhub.clickpost.in/page?waybill 59618717362. Kindly help me
