I purchased a Samsung 25000 mAh Powerbank and a 64 GB Memorycard from the zonic.com with reference from a facebook advertisement.
The datacable provided along with the powerbank isnt working at all neither is the powerbank
Powerbank was supossed to have 25000 mAh capacity however it goes dead after charging my mobile only by 3%
I paid an amount of Rs 898 (including delivery charges)
The company must take back the product supplied and the money must be returned in a max of 3 days elsewise we must complain against the company in consumer court
