I have made a payment through a payment gateway paytm my money was deducted and the product was not booked. i have mailed paytm the said they have made the transaction successful its to the zoomin.com further on i have mailed zoomin.com they said that they will refund my amount back but it has been more than 10 days and the amount is not refunded back to my account. I have made the transaction on 30 july its been so long. Kindly help me out it was rs.523.
