I used the Zoomin app to order a gift, and I paid about $130 for shipping so that it would arrive between July 22 and July 26, 2023.
Still, no product has been delivered as of yet. They haven’t responded to my request for a refund of the express delivery fee because the item wasn’t delivered in the allotted time.
Please take the appropriate action and return my refund to me.
