I checked that Basmati rice was available however after the order was placed it was not available, which is fine, it happens at times.
Now, I also ordered eggs which were not delivered and everytime I mail them the same reply

Thank you for writing to us. We are sorry for the order fulfilment issues. We request you to please visit “My Orders” section on the Mobile app/Website portal and raise a complaint. Once, you are in the My Orders page, please choose the order in question and click on “Initiate Returns”.

The reason for complaint should be “Item Not Delivered” and you can choose the action to be either “Deliver” Or “Refund”. We will process your request accordingly.

Where as the option is not available in the my orders section. Now, the big mistake that I did was that I paid the money online before hand. The refund for the Basmati which shouldn’t take too long and now they tell me that it will take 6-9 days, is it some sort of joke? In the era of online shopping it takes 6-9 days to refund some money? About the eggs as well I kept repeating that I need them delivered and every time the same reply that we will initiate the refund.

Now, they have a customer care number which dosenot get connected if you are not calling from the registered number and you donot have an option of editing the registered number.
